SSC MTS Notification 2021: SSC has released the notification for the MTS 2020-21 examination. This is good news for all the aspirants waiting for an opportunity to grab a job through SSC. As per the SSC Calendar, Staff Selection Commission has finally released the dates for the post of MTS (Multi Tasking Staff) in various departments of the Central Government.

SSC MTS Notification 2021
SSC MTS Exam is conducted to recruit candidates in the General Central Service Group ‘C’ Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial post in various Ministries/Departments/ Offices of the Government of India, in different States/Union Territories. Every year lakhs of candidates appear for the SSC MTS Exam. In 2019, approximately 38 lakh candidates had appeared for the Exam.

SSC MTS 2021: Qualification
- The candidates must have passed matriculation (10th Pass) or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
SSC MTS Notification 2021: Age Criteria (As on cut-off date i.e. 01-01-2021)
- 18-25 years as on cut-off date (i.e. candidates born not before 02-01-1996 and not later than 01-01-2003).
- 18-27 years as on cut-off date (i.e. candidates born not before 02-01-1994 and not later than 01-01-2003).
- Candidates belonging to reserved categories are given age relaxation as per Government Rules.
- Note: There will be separate category-wise, State/ UT-wise cut-offs in Paper-I. As the vacancies for MTS are in two age groups i.e.
(i) 18 to 25 years and
(ii) 18 to 27 years,
the Commission may fix separate age group-wise, category-wise and State/ UT-wise cut-offs in Paper-I.
SSC MTS Notification 2021: Syllabus & Exam Pattern
- As per the latest notification, there shall be two papers viz. Paper – I and Paper-II.
Paper-I
The SSC MTS Exam Paper 1 is expected to be held from 01.07.2021 to 20.07.2021 (Tentative). It will consist of a total of 100 multiple choice questions as mentioned below.
