IBPS Clerk Recruitment Notification: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts the recruitment of eligible and dynamic candidates for the post of Clerk. IBPS Clerk Exam is that it a 2 tier process comprising of Prelims and the Main Online Exam. No interview is held for selection for this post. The IBPS Clerk Recruitment is done on the basis of state and union territory where candidates have to apply for the vacancy in one of the states or union territories while filling up the online application forms.

IBPS Clerk 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.

Candidates should have a valid Mark-sheet / Degree: Certificate which supports that they are graduates on the day they were registered for the exam. The percentage of marks obtained in Graduation should be mentioned at the time of registration for the IBPS Bank-Clerk examination.

Computer Literacy: Knowledge of computer operation is a must as the IBPS Clerk exam is conducted online.

Language Proficiency: Candidates should have verbal and written proficiency in the official language of the State/UT. The candidate should be able to read, write and speak the language

Age Eligibility :

Minimum: 20 years Maximum: 28 years

Candidates applying for IBPS CWE/Bank Clerk Examination should be one of the following:

1. Citizen of India
2. The subject of Nepal or Bhutan
3. Tibetan Refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanent settlement
4. Person of Indian Origin (PIO) who has migrated from Burma, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Vietnam or East African countries of Zaire, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Ethiopia, Malawi, with the intention of permanent settlement in India
Candidates belonging to the category 2, 3, 4 must have a certificate of eligibility issued by the Govt of India in their favor.

The IBPS Clerk Salary is the sum of the Basic Pay and other allowances.

The initial Basic Pay for IBPS Clerk is Rs. 11,765. The IBPS Clerk pay scale is: 11765-655/3-13730-815/3-16175-980/4-20095-1145/7-28110-2120/1-30230/1310-1-31540.

This means the minimum Basic Pay for IBPS Clerk is Rs. 11,765 while the maximum is Rs 31540.
