Banking Exams Previous Year Papers

The banking sector is one sector that lures lakhs of aspirants because of the job stability, salary and perks this sector has to offer to young and bright candidates. Anyone who wants to join this sector must know the process of getting into this sector. All banking recruitment is done through an online test. Be it clerk or PO, a student is expected to go through either three stages in PO or through two stages in Clerk. Given below is the exam pattern of all the stages of Bank PO and Bank clerk exams.

Bank PO Exam pattern-IBPS

Prelims Exam Pattern

Some exams have sectional cut-off like IBPS PO while some doesn’t like SBI PO in prelims and in mains both.

Bank PO Mains Exam Pattern 2020-IBPS

The time limit and total marks also differs from exam to exam. while IBPS PO Exam has Descriptive writing for 25 marks while in SBI PO exam it is for 50 marks.

Interview – This is the final stage in the PO recruitment process. The ratio of Mains examination and Interview also varies as per the bank. While IBPS PO consider 80:20 ratio to prepare the final merit list, SBI PO considers the ratio of 75:25 to consider the final merit.

The final list is prepare on the basis of  mains examination in clerical level exams.
