UPPSC RO ARO Exam Syllabus: Prelims Paper- I General Studies (Objective Type)
Preliminary Examination is of 200 marks with Paper I, carrying 140 marks and Paper II carrying 60 marks.

This paper comprises of 60 Qs, each carrying one mark (with total 60 marks).

UPPSC RO ARO Exam Syllabus: Mains – Paper I General Studies
This Paper will be conducted like the Preliminary Examination. This Paper includes 120 Qs, each carrying one mark (with total marks-120) and time duration of two hours.

This paper has two parts: Part 1 and Part 2
Part-1 (Conventional) is of 100 marks with a time duration of 2.5 hours.

प्रारंभिक और मुख्य परीक्षा दोनों के लिए सामान्य अध्ययन का सिलेबस समान है लेकिन कठिनाई स्तर अलग-अलग होगा।

The UPPSC RO ARO Exam Pattern involves three stages:
UPPSC RO ARO Prelims Exam Pattern
This exam has two papers – Paper I and Paper II: General Hindi with two-hour time duration and total marks 200.

UPPSC RO ARO Mains Exam Pattern
Only those candidates will be admitted to the Main (written examination) who are declared successful in the Preliminary Examination for which the successful candidates will have to fill up another application form according to instructions of the Commission and for this application.
There are three papers, each having a different time duration and marks.

UPPSC RO ARO Interview Pattern
Candidates after qualifying the Main Examination will be called for a personal interview.
Note: Candidates are required to fill the form released by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission for each stage.
