Railways have officially announced that the RRB NTPC exam to be conducted from 28th December 2020 to March 2021. The application status link was activated from 21st to 30th Sep 2020. RRB has finally released the exam dates for RRB NTPC CBT-1 Exam 2020 on 17 December 2020. The first phase of the examination is scheduled to be held from 28th December 2020 till 13th January 2021.

RRB mailed the details regarding the USER ID and PASSWORD, date of exam, and exam centre to the particular candidates who are going to appear in the first phase of the examination. RRB Chennai is officially providing details of examinations by their official mail id. Now, RRB NTPC Admit Card 2020 released by Railway for the examination. Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will conduct the online exam for the recruitment of posts under RRB NTPC (Non-Technical Popular Categories) like Clerk cum Typist, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Time Keeper, Trains Clerk, Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Traffic Assistant, Goods Guard, Commercial Apprentice, Station Master, etc., in various Zones and Production Units of Indian Railways in different phases as there are a large number candidates who have applied for RRB NTPC. The RRB NTPC exam will be conducted in 15 official languages as announced by the Ministry of Railways. The RRB NTPC Hall ticket 2020 for the 21 regions of railways have been provided below. You can visit the official website for official confirmation of RRB NTPC admit card.

RRB NTPC Admit Card 2020: Languages of Exam

In 2018, the railway board took a step to conduct the railway examinations in languages other than English & Hindi. The step was taken to ease the recruitment process for regional candidates. Attempting the exam in their own regional languages helps them understand better. Hence, the RRB NTPC Railway Exam will also be conducted in 15 languages. 15 languages in the Railway Exam will be as follows:

RRB NTPC Selection Procedure

The selection procedure for RRB NTPC railway includes 3 stages. Stage 1 is followed by stage 2, then typing test and document verification.

1. 1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT)

• Negative marking of 1/3 is there.
• Stage 1 is of screening nature.
• The candidates 20 times the number of vacancies will be selected for stage 2.
• Normalization of marks will be done

2. 2nd Stage Computer Based Test (CBT)

• Separate 2nd Stage CBT will be taken for each of the 7th CPC Level i.e. Level 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 with the graded difficulty level.
• Negative marking of 1/3 is there.
• The level of questions shall be different for a different level of posts.
• Normalization of marks will be done

3. Typing Skill Test/Computer Based Aptitude Test (as applicable)

CBAT and typing test will be qualifying in nature. CBAT will be conducted only for the candidates who have opted for Traffic Assistant and Station Master.

4. Document Verification/Medical Examination.

Based on the combined performances of all the stages, candidates will be called for the Document Verification round.
